Accepted File Formats:

  • PDF (preferred for multi-page documents)

Color Mode:

  • CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

  • 300 DPI recommended

Document Setup

  • Upload files as multi-page PDFs in reading order
  • Do NOT submit as single pages unless specified
  • Each page should be built to the final trim size selected

Page Layout

  • Files should be uploaded as single pages (not spreads) unless requested
  • Maintain consistent margins and alignment throughout the document
  • Ensure page count matches selected option

Bleeds & Margins

  • Include bleed if artwork extends to the edge
  • Keep important content inside safe margins
  • Avoid placing text too close to trims, folds, or spine

Binding Considerations

  • Saddle‑stitched booklets require page counts in multiples of 4
  • Allow for slight "creep" in larger page counts
  • For coil binding, ensure margin space for punching

File Preparation

  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Flatten transparencies
  • Embed images
  • Double check page order before upload
