  • Multi-page documents should be uploaded as a single PDF in proper order
  • Ensure consistent margins and formatting

Double-Sided Printing

  • Verify page order for front/back printing
  • Ensure alignment and orientation match across pages

Bleeds & Margins

  • Include bleed if artwork extends to edges
  • Files with bleed will be printed larger and trimmed to final size
  • Keep important content within safe margins

File Preparation

  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed fonts
  • Flatten transparencies
  • Embed all images
