Accepted File Formats:

• PDF (preferred) or JPEG

Color Mode:

• CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

• 300 DPI recommended for sharp text and clean lines

Artwork Setup

• Build artwork to the final notepad size selected
• Provide one page design only (will be repeated for all sheets)
• Ensure consistent margins and spacing for writing areas

Page Layout

• Only the front side is printed (standard for notepads)
• Design will be applied to all pages in the pad
• Keep layout clean and functional for everyday use

Bleeds & Margins

• Bleed is optional

If using full bleed:

• Extend artwork beyond trim edge

If not:

• Maintain safe margins
• Keep important text and logos away from edges

Binding & Padding Considerations

• Leave extra space along the top or binding edge
• Avoid placing critical elements too close to the glued or coil edge
• Ensure design allows for clean tear‑off

File Preparation

• Convert all fonts to outlines or embed fonts
• Flatten transparencies
• Embed all images
