Accepted File Formats:

  • PDF (preferred) or JPEG

Color Mode:

  • CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

  • 300 DPI recommended for sharp detail

Artwork Setup

  • Build artwork to the exact label size selected
  • Provide one label design only (will be repeated across the sheet)
  • Do not upload full sheet layouts unless specifically required

Sheet Layout

  • Labels will be automatically arranged on an 8.5" × 11" sheet
  • Quantity per sheet is based on selected label size
  • Maintain spacing between design elements

Bleeds & Margins

  • Bleed is optional

If using full bleed:

  • Extend artwork beyond trim edge

If not:

  • Maintain safe margins
  • Keep important content away from edges

File Preparation

  • Convert all fonts to outlines or embed fonts
  • Flatten transparencies
  • Embed all images
