For best results, please follow the file setup guidelines below:

Accepted File Formats:

• JPEG or PDF (single‑page only)

Color Mode:

• CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

• 150 DPI at final print size

Artwork Size:

• Build files to the exact custom size ordered

Double‑Sided Graphics

• Upload two separate PDF files (one file per side: front and back), unless otherwise specified.

Contour Cut Graphics (If Selected)

• A separate PDF file containing vector cut paths only is required
• This file should include no artwork, only the vector cut line
• Clearly label or name the file to indicate it is the CUT PATH file
• Cut paths must be vector‑based (no raster images)

Additional Setup Requirements:

• Do not include bleed or crop marks
• Keep important text and logos safely inside the cut-line boundary
• Convert all fonts to outlines
• Flatten transparencies when possible

Maximum File Upload Size:

• 50 MB

Providing properly prepared artwork and a dedicated vector cut file ensures accurate cutting, clean edges, and professional finished results.
