Accepted File Formats:

  • JPEG or PDF (single‑page only)

Color Mode:

  • CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

  • 150 DPI at final print size

Artwork Size:

  • Build artwork to the exact custom size ordered

Double‑Sided Banners (18 oz Only)

  • Upload two separate files, one file per side

Finishing Notes

  • Allow sufficient clearance when placing text or logos near edges, grommets, pole pockets, or wind slits.
  • Finishing option compatibility rules are listed in the Product Specifications


Additional Setup Requirements:

  • Do not include bleed or crop marks
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Flatten transparencies when possible

Maximum File Upload Size:

  • 50 MB
