Accepted File Formats:

Color Mode:

  • CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

  • 150 DPI at final print size

Artwork Size:

  • Build artwork to the exact size ordered using the provided template

Double‑Sided Graphics

  • Upload two separate files (one file per side)

Setup Requirements:

  • Do not include bleed or crop marks
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Design only on the layer labeled “Artwork”
  • Do not resize artboards or move template guides
  • Delete mask/guide layers when instructed by the template

Maximum File Upload Size:

  • 50 MB
