Please follow these guidelines to ensure accurate production and the best visual results:

Accepted File Formats:

  • PDF (preferred) or JPEG (single‑page only)

Color Mode:

  • CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

  • 150 DPI at final print size
  • Higher resolution recommended for photography and fine detail

Artwork Size:

  • Build artwork to the exact size ordered

Contour Cut (If Selected)

  • A separate PDF file containing vector cut paths only is required
  • Cut file must include no artwork, only the vector cut line
  • Clearly label the file as CUT PATH
  • Vector paths only (no raster cut lines)

Setup Requirements:

  • Do not include bleed or crop marks
  • Keep important content away from edges, corners, and mounting holes
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Flatten transparencies when possible

Maximum File Upload Size:

  • 50 MB
