Upload Design (Newsletters)

Please follow these guidelines to ensure accurate and smooth production:

Accepted File Formats:

• PDF only (preferred and recommended for multipage documents)

Color Mode:

• CMYK only (RGB and Pantone/spot colors not supported)

Resolution:

• 300 DPI recommended for images and graphics
• Text must be fully embedded or outlined

Artwork Setup:

• Submit artwork as a single file at full flat size (before folding)
• Include all panels in one layout

Fold Setup

• Clearly account for fold panels in your design
• Avoid placing important text or images across fold lines
• Maintain safe margins within each panel

Additional Setup Requirements:

• Include bleed for edge-to-edge printing
• Maintain consistent margins across pages
• Convert all fonts to outlines or embed fonts
• Flatten transparencies when possible
