Artwork Setup

• File must be supplied as a PNG
• Background must be fully transparent
• Upload artwork at final print size whenever possible
• Transfers will be trimmed to the ordered size
• Maximum sheet size is 22.5" × 120"

Gang Sheet Tip

• Combine multiple designs on a single artboard to maximize value
• You may repeat the same design multiple times or combine different graphics
• Maintain spacing between designs for trimming and handling
• Using more of the available sheet space can significantly reduce the cost per transfer
• Gang sheets are ideal for decorators, crafters, and promotional product businesses

Transparency Requirements

• Transparent backgrounds are required
• Do not include white boxes or colored backgrounds
• White areas intended to print should remain visible in the design

Design Limitations

• Maintain a minimum safety margin of ⅛" from all edges
• Minimum recommended detail size is 0.02" (0.5 mm)
• Extremely fine details may affect transfer performance
• Keep adequate spacing between separate artwork elements

Application Surface Preparation

• Surface should be clean and dry before installation
• Remove dust, oils, and contaminants
• Alcohol-based cleaners should be fully removed before application

Application Notes

• Burnish transfer before application using a soft squeegee
• Carefully peel carrier sheet while ensuring all artwork remains attached
• Position accurately before application as adhesion is very aggressive
• For larger graphics, hinge-style installation is recommended
• Wet application may be used for easier positioning

File Preparation

• Remove all backgrounds
• Verify artwork size before uploading
• Ensure PNG exports correctly with transparency
• Check image resolution before submission

UV DTF transfers are designed for hard surfaces only and do not require a heat press. They provide permanent adhesion and are intended for long-term decorative applications.
