Upload Design (Photo New Year Cards)

Accepted File Formats:

• JPEG (preferred)
• PNG
• TIFF
• PDF

Photo Requirements:

• High-resolution photos strongly recommended
• Minimum 300 DPI for best print quality
• Original camera or smartphone images work best
• Avoid screenshots, social media downloads, or heavily compressed images

Photo Quantity:

• Upload the number of photos required by your selected card design
• Different templates may require one or multiple photos
• Clearly identify which photos should appear in each location if multiple photos are provided

Required Information:

• Family name exactly as it should appear on the card
• Year to be printed on the card (for designs that include a year)
• Any special instructions regarding photo placement

File Submission:

• Upload all photos during checkout
• Ensure images are properly oriented before uploading
• Verify spelling of names and year before submitting

Print Quality Notice:

• Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed
• Treetop Print Shop is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution photos supplied by the customer

Our team will replace the template photos with your uploaded images and personalize the card using the information provided with your order.
